Houston Texans Transcripts (12/16): DeAndre Hopkins, J.J. Watt, T.J. Yates, and more

HEAD COACH BILL O’BRIEN

What is the update on DE J.J. Watt and ILB Brian Cushing?

“Both of those guys will be ready to go on Sunday.”

DE J.J. WATT

How much did you learn about playing one-handed and how much will you change playing against the Colts?

“It is going to be fine as it continues to heal. The more that it heals, the more I’ll be able to use it.”

QB T.J. YATES

What does it mean to you that Colts Head Coach Chuck Pagano called you a winner?

“It means a lot. I have a previous relationship with Coach Pagano, we were together at UNC (University of North Carolina) for one year. Just in that short time that he was there, he made such an impact on me and everybody else in that building. He is such a good guy, such a good coach and I love that guy.”
