Houston Texans Transcripts (11/18): Jadeveon Clowney. J.J. Watt, T.J. Yates and more

Head Coach Bill O’Brien
(on QB Brian Hoyer’s status for the game and if he needs to practice to play) “I would say it’s in the questionable category and yes, I would say he would have to practice in order to play. At least once, you know what I mean?”

OLB Jadeveon Clowney
(on if he’s happy to be back practicing) “Yeah, I’m glad to be back out there with the team.”
(on how he feels) “I’m feeling good.”

DE J.J. Watt
(on the difference in how he feels this week compared to how he felt the last time the Texans lost) “I mean, we’re just taking it one game at a time. It’s a season of one-game seasons now. We know that we’re in the second half of our season and we know that we control what we can control moving forward. It’s just a bunch of one-game seasons, we’re looking forward to a very good opportunity against a very good opponent this week, can’t wait to get back in front of our home crowd, that’s going to be a lot of fun, so we’re just really looking forward to it.”
